Shiver
In creating the series Shiver, I sought to capture the delicate interplay between silence and tension, where the boundaries between the seen and unseen blur into the mist. Each image is a moment suspended
in time, where darkness becomes a canvas for the unspoken
and the forgotten. The fog acts as a veil, softening the edges of reality,
inviting viewers to step into a world where nothing is fully revealed,
yet nothing is entirely concealed.
Through this series, I explored the sensation of unease that comes
not from what is present, but from what lingers just beyond the visible. The shiver is not only a physical response to cold, but an emotional echo — an instinctive reaction to the unknown. I aimed to evoke that fleeting moment of vulnerability, where the weight of solitude and the mystery
of what lies ahead, press upon the soul.
Each photograph in Shiver invites the viewer to pause, to listen
to the silence, and to feel the subtle tremor of uncertainty. This series
is a meditation on transience, on the way light and shadow dance together, whispering secrets through the fog. Shiver is not just about what we see, but about what we sense, just on the edge of perception.
